Sizes from 24" to 46" with Sarven or Roller Bearing hub, wooden hub priced upon request. Prices for Roller Bearing hub wheels include new bearings and seals. All steel tires and channel iron for rubber tires are bolted to the wooden fellows with tire bolts and not screwed. Screws can be used in place of tire bolts by request on wheels with rubber tires only to attach the channel iron but we do not recommend this technique.

Folding tops are made with marine vinyl covering and wool broadcloth liner. Center curtain in back rolls up and includes a choice of either a rectangular window or an oval window (shown). For three oval windows in back curtain standing on end add $16.00. Prices include black top nuts (shown). Measurements of your seat and mounting locations are needed as well as photo's of your vehicle. Call us at 208-788-2356 after 6:00 mountain time for more information. Leather tops are priced according to market value of leather and amount of additional labor. ------Top Mounting Hardware------
Top mounting hardware are the mounts that attach to your seat. Prices include rubber top rests and black top nuts for folding and extension tops.

Breaking and Training the Driving Horse, by Doris Ganton This is an informative book explaining the art of breaking a horse to harness as well as providing information on harnessing and harness adjustment and driving technique. Paperback, $14.95
A Guide to Driving Horses, by Sallie Walrond This informative book offers information on driving the single horse, pairs, and tandem driving as well as training and showing in harness. It also features a brief history of carriage driving in England. Paperback, $10.00
Starting to Drive, by Sallie Walrond A step by step introduction to safe harnessing, putting to and basic driving technique. This is a good reference book for beginning and moderate drivers with drawings showing how to put on and fit both breast collar and collar harness, putting to, rein handling, driving, un-harnessing and more. Harnessing Up, by Anne Norris and Caroline Douglas Harnessing Up is a valuable photo guide to putting on single driving harness and adjusting it correctly. It's loaded with photographs that take you through every stage of harnessing and fitting. This book would be a valuable guide for both the beginner and the experienced driver. Paperback, $10.80
This book is a reprint of a comprehensive book on driving originally printed in 1897. This book covers stabling, harness, different styles of carriages, driving tandem, four-in-hand, proper equipage and much more. These books are becoming hard to find. Paperback, Currently out of print

Abbot and Downing Company ca. 1895 catalog This is a reprint of an Abbot and Downing catalog from 1895. Abbot and Downing were the manufactures of the famous stagecoaches used by Wells Fargo & Co. and other stage lines through out the world. This small catalog shows many of the different styles of vehicles they produced as well as the Yellowstone Wagon. Paperback, Price, $4.00

Working Drawings Working drawings are what carriage builders use for blueprints. We do have a wide variety of working drawings that we use and are available to us but we recommend that you check out the drawings that are available through The Smithsonian Institution.
